Holy Cross Lutheran Church was founded in Crawfordsville, Indiana in 1955. Our church is a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, an international church body that is faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ in faith and in practice. We are friends in God's family through Jesus, strengthened by His Spirit to represent Christ in our daily lives, our community and the world.

We believe that The Holy Bible is the sole source for all preaching and teaching in our church.
We believe that the Bible was written by men as they were inspired by the Holy Spirit. Through that Word, God brings us faith.
We believe that there is one true, holy and triune God: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ, God's Son died to save the world from sin, and rose to life again. He will return again to judge the living and the dead.
We believe that people are saved through faith in Jesus. This is not through anything that they do, but only by the grace of God.
